afternoon nap: 2 hours

but still......

sport water bottle: ticked
sports bra: ticked
favourite nike shorts: ticked
car key: ticked
AUD20 cash: ticked

chucked everything in my huge country road bag!!

i had a 90-minute-yoga-class at Bikram Yoga as a reward for myself
